I would never have imagined starting a new chapter in the blog in 2018 with such a trivial post, but I have been writing for you for three years now and I know I can address you like one of the family. That is why I am sharing the presents I received this Christmas in case they can be helpful as last-minute ideas for the Three Wise Men Day.
I had to drop a few hints this year so that the gifts I received were so perfect. There are a lot of fashion items which I am really happy about and which I wasn’t expecting, because my family and friends always tell me that they don’t dare to buy that type of present for me.

I’ll start with the oversized check coat and the trousers with pearl appliqué that I absolutely adore. They are two very special pieces from Lily, a new brand in Spain, which at the moment you can only find in their Barcelona shop. Both the coat and the trousers are very trendy, but the cut and material used make them timeless.
This Masscob blazer is the second I have in my wardrobe. The feminine tailoring that this brand uses is for me one of their strong points, and I know that this khaki-coloured blazer will become one of my key clothes items.

These two mini bags are like sweets. I never used to be a fan of this size bag, but maybe the trend has got a hold of me; I also think it’s fun to add a splash of colour to my look with this type of accessory. The red is from Uterqüe and the white is from Lily.
Since I was a little girl, I have adored red shoes, to such an extent that when I was 6 years old I was so excited about my first ballet pumps that I slept with the shoe box. These flat ballet pumps from Pretty Ballerinas remind me of that time; also because Manuela, my eldest daughter, received the same ones and is delighted to be dressed like me.

A well-chosen book that suits the person and the time is guaranteed to be a success. These three books that I received are a perfect example of this: “Los Yoga Sutras” by Patanjali, which explains the philosophy of this thousand-year-old practice in the form of “quotes”, and is an inspiration; “Cuentos de buenas noches para niñas rebeldes” by Elena Favilli and Francesca Cavallo, which I will thoroughly enjoy with my daughters; and “Transforma tu salud” by Xevi Verdaguer, in which this expert teaches about the quest for wellbeing from an integrative medicine perspective.
Enjoy this last festive celebration which brings so much joy to the smallest ones in the family.
Happy Three Wise Man’ Day,
